General Practice Virtual Consultation (Individual)

The service is applicable to persons aged 6 years old or above. Patients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Patients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

The fee includes one-time virtual consultation and one set of basic medications with one-time delivery service; additional charges will apply for prescriptions of other medications.

Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm): HK$480
Sunday and public holidays (9am - 6pm): HK$595

Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

The service is available for eligible new and existing patients and is subject to doctor’s decision on whether the patient is suitable for virtual consultation.
The service is applicable to persons aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.
The service is valid from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).

The fee for general practice virtual consultation with 3-day basic medications and delivery service is as follows

HK$480 on Monday to Saturday, 0900-1800
HK$595 on Sunday and public holidays, 0900-1800

Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.
The service will be provided by designated doctor at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.
The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.
The service is offered to self-pay patients only, direct billing is not applicable.
The service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
If cancellation is made via the online booking system one hour prior to the reservation consultation, a full refund will be arranged. However, if the registrant fails to cancel the booking one hour prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as automatic abandonment, and registrant can apply for a refund while Gleneagles will deduct HK$100 from the refunded consultation fee as an administrative fee. The payment and booking made will be non-transferable.
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the medication yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.
All medications delivered are non-refundable.
Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles’ decision is final.

Add-on services:

Men’s core blood test panel: HK$999 (includes: liver and kidney function tests, diabetes screening, lipid profile test, TSH, uric acid, total testosterone, total prostate specific antigen (PSA))
