Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and maintain safe, effective and efficient pharmacy daily operations, and clinical services
 - Perform drug dispensing, patient counseling, and other duties related to pharmacy service and medication management according to regulatory and company’s requirements
 - Perform quality assurance procedures such as expiry date checks, maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock-take at designated locations and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
 - Maintain product, inventory and purchasing details database in the Hospital Information System 
 - Perform stock transfer, drug ordering and receiving, billing, data entry and/or analysis, and other clerical and administrative duties in supporting daily pharmacy operation
 - Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for inventory optimization, including identifying slow-moving or excess inventory and developing strategies to reduce wastage
 - as assigned
 - Assist in the training and supervision of dispensers and supportive staff
 - Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
 - Assist the Seniors in the development and delivery of pharmacy services, improvement projects, and assigned duties
 - Handling medication procurement and maintaining inventory-related operations to support pharmacy daily operation
 - Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for inventory optimization, including identifying slow-moving or excess inventory and developing strategies to reduce wastage
