    Our clinic usually finishes health screening in 1- 2 hours; however, it could take anywhere from one hour to a full day depending on the tests being done.

    Bringing your valid HKID card/ passport/ birth certificate is necessary to register. To receive a more precise analysis, it will be ideal to bring past medical reports and scan results.

    For your vision test, make sure to bring your glasses and take out any contact lenses before arriving for the appointment.

  5. What should I wear for health screening?

    It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing with short sleeves when taking certain tests that require access to your arms or other body parts. If you are doing the exercise treadmill test (exercise ECG), you should bring a set of sports clothes to change into.

    Additionally, ladies should refrain from applying perfume or deodorant on the day they have scheduled a mammogram.

    Getting a good night's sleep and refraining from strenuous activities before your medical appointment is advisable. Additionally, it is recommendable to not consume alcohol or caffeinated beverages on the day of the exam, since they may have an impact on the precision of your test results.

  7. Do I need to fast before health screening? How long do I need to fast?

    • Fasting for 8 hours is required prior to blood collection.
    • Drinking moderate amount of water is acceptable during fasting period.
