    Generally, for those in good health, it would be recommended to have a health screening done once a year.

    Depending on your gender, age group and risk profile, the frequency for health screenings may vary. Therefore, it is advisable to consult with your physician about the right type of screening tests for you and how often you should have them.

  2. How long does health screening take?

    Our clinic usually finishes health screening in 1- 2 hours; however, it could take anywhere from one hour to a full day depending on the tests being done.

  3. Can I add on tests to my selected screening package?

    Yes, if you are interested in extra tests and services, just ask the clinic staff when setting up your appointment.

  4. What do I need to bring for health screening?

    Bringing your valid HKID card/ passport/ birth certificate is necessary to register. To receive a more precise analysis, it will be ideal to bring past medical reports and scan results.

    For your vision test, make sure to bring your glasses and take out any contact lenses before arriving for the appointment.

  5. What should I wear for health screening?

    It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing with short sleeves when taking certain tests that require access to your arms or other body parts. If you are doing the exercise treadmill test (exercise ECG), you should bring a set of sports clothes to change into.

    Additionally, ladies should refrain from applying perfume or deodorant on the day they have scheduled a mammogram.

  6. How do I prepare for health screening?

    Getting a good night's sleep and refraining from strenuous activities before your medical appointment is advisable. Additionally, it is recommendable to not consume alcohol or caffeinated beverages on the day of the exam, since they may have an impact on the precision of your test results.

  7. Do I need to fast before health screening? How long do I need to fast?

    • Fasting for 8 hours is required prior to blood collection.
    • Drinking moderate amount of water is acceptable during fasting period.
    • Please consult your doctor for the medication requirement during the fasting period.
