• Procedure inclusions :
  1. Doctor’s procedure fees.
  2. Facility charges (including nursing procedure charges, related and essential equipment, instruments, consumables, materials and designated implant charges, medication fee related to the package procedure, if applicable).
• Procedure exclusions :
  1. Additional operation charges, medication, diagnostic procedures, professional fees and sundries charges unrelated to the procedure.
  2. Any treatment, medication, procedures fee related to pre-existing condition. 
  3. Any other charges or services before actualisation of procedure and after patient discharge (pre-procedure consultation, follow-up consultation, etc.).
• This First-Trial Offer is only available to clients receiving the treatment for the first time.
• All treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability as determined by the attending doctor.
• The above privileges are only applicable to designated treatments at Gleneagles MediCentre.
• The privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges, vouchers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
• The privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Discounts of the above privileges are provided to self-pay clients only. Direct billing is not applicable.
