1.  The promotion period starts from now until further notice. 

2.  The carfare privilege is only applicable to clients who have attended a virtual consultation with Gleneagles TeleCare, and have been referred by the doctor to Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons or Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place for follow-up services, such as health screening services, blood test, diagnostic imaging services, vaccinations, etc.

3.  Promotion details: during the promotion period, a HK$80 Uber/Uber Taxi promo code will be provided to eligible clients who confirm receiving follow-up services at the Wong Chuk Hang, South Horizons or Novum Place clinic, with a total fee of HK$300 or above, and have the related service fee settled simultaneously via online payment. 

4.  Follow-up service locations:

      i. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or

     ii. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or

    iii. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.

5.  The virtual consultation carfare privilege applies only to the one-way trip to a Gleneagles Healthcare clinic in Wong Chuk Hang, South Horizons or Novum Place with the carfare discount set at HK$80 per consultation.

6.  The privilege is not applicable to public transportation other than Uber or Uber Taxi, e.g. bus, taxi, etc.

7.  The privilege cannot be transferred to other persons, redeemed or exchanged to other services under any circumstances. 

8.  The privilege is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable. 

9.  The privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 

10. Gleneagles Hong Kong reserve the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hong Kong is final.
