1.  Sunday & Public Holiday Virtual Consultation Programme

     Programme includes one-time General Practice virtual consultation, 3-day basic medications with one-time delivery:

     Sunday and public holidays (9am - 1pm): HK$480 (original: HK$595);

     Sunday and public holidays (1pm - 6pm): HK$420 (original: HK$595);

2.  This offer is only applicable to residents of the Central & Western and Southern districts, please contact clinic staff for details.

3.  The offer is valid from now until further notice.

4.  The service is available for both new and existing eligible patients and is subject to doctor’s decision on whether the patient is suitable for virtual consultation.

5.  The service is applicable to persons aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

6.  Advance booking is required. Please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng). 

7.  The service is only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

8.  The service will be provided by designated doctor at Gleneagles Hong Kong.

9.  The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.

10. The service is offered to self-pay patients only, direct billing is not applicable.

11. The service cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

12. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong (Central & Western and Southern districts only). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the medication yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.

13. All medications delivered are non-refundable.

14. Gleneagles Hong Kong reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hong Kong is final.
