Terms & conditions:

1. The package is available from now until 31 December 2025.
2. The package includes an initial doctor’s consultation, a sleep monitoring ring (3-night sleep test), a follow-up consultation, and the analysis of sleep health monitoring report by a family doctor.
3. The package is only applicable to persons aged 18 or above.
4. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of service at the time of booking. For enquiry and booking, please call (+852) 3903 8688.

6. If the sleep ring is lost or damaged, Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to charge a relevant fee from clients on behalf of Belun Technology Company Limited based on the signed agreement.
7. In case client is not recommended to receive the above service after doctor’s assessment, client will be charged for the consultation fee only.
8. Treatment or medication shall not be provided for the package.
9. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other packages and not exchangeable for cash or other product. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
10. The above package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable. 
11. Gleneagles Healthcare reserve the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
