1.  a. Healthy Weight Management and Screening Package – Package offer: HK$980 (original price: HK$1,800)

     b. Upon completion of the Healthy Weight Management and Screening Package, client may choose from the following three treatment packages:

         Package 1: dietitian consultation – HK$600 (original: HK$890);

         Package 2: doctor follow-up consultation (outpatient/virtual) and GLP-1 subcutaneous injectable medication (lasting 4 weeks) – HK$2,610up;

         Package 3: dietitian consultation, doctor follow-up consultation (outpatient/virtual) and GLP-1 subcutaneous injectable medication (lasting 4 weeks) – HK$3,210up.

    c. Treatment packages 2 and 3 are only applicable to persons aged 18 or above. Doctor reserves the right to decide on clients’ suitability of using the treatment packages according to individual's condition upon assessment. Client who is deemed suitable for the treatment package must follow doctor’s instructions and self-administer the GLP-1 subcutaneous injections regularly.

    d. The doctor follow-up consultation in the screening package and treatment package is performed by designated General Practitioner or Specialist in Family Medicine.

    e. If client is referred to a designated specialist at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, the first-time specialist consultation fee is HK$800. This service is only applicable to designated specialists at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong.

2.  Promotion period from now until 31 December 2026.

4.  Outpatient service location:

     a. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or

     b. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or

     c. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’s Road West, Hong Kong.

5. Virtual consultation:

    a. The service is applicable to persons aged 18 and above. Clients are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

    b. Advance booking is required, please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng).

    c. Client confirms to participate in the above packages must complete online payment in advance.

    d. The service is only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

    e. The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.

    f. If the registrant fails to cancel the booking at least one hour prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as an automatic forfeiture. Any payment made will be non-refundable. 

    g. The designated treatment package includes an injection medication delivery service. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the items yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.

    h. All injection medications delivered are non-refundable.

6. Specialist's follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the package. 

7. Packages cannot be used in conjunction with other package and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

8. Packages are provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.

9. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Healthcare is final.
