Terms & Conditions 

1.  Gut Microbiome Health Screening Programme: HK$3,800, the programme includes gut microbiome test kit (delivery fee included), report analysis, dietary recommendations and one-time post-test doctor consultation (outpatient or virtual consultation).

    Client may purchase custom blend of probiotic and prebiotic separately (delivery fee included):

    Trial treatment: HK$380 (30-day supply)

    Essential treatment: HK$990 (90-day supply)

2.  The Gut Microbiome Health Screening Programme is applicable to person aged 6 or above, and is suitable for the following individuals: 

    ✔ People with food or environmental allergies

    ✔ Eczema sufferers

    ✔ Those experiencing constipation or diarrhoea

    ✔ Individuals with emotional issues or high stress

    ✔ Obesity / Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) patients

    ✔ People concerned about gut health or with lower immunity

    ✔ Those aiming to improve overall health and strengthen immunity

3.  Clients of the “Gut Microbiome Health Screening Programme” may collect stool samples at home and send them to the designated laboratory via complimentary postal service. The laboratory report is completed within approximately four weeks, clinic staff will contact the client to arrange the consultation.

4.  The service is performed by designated General Practitioner or Specialist in Family Medicine.

5.  The offer is valid from now until further notice.

6.  Clients who opt for outpatient consultation:

     a. Advance booking is required. Please specify the programme at the time of booking. Enquiry and booking method: (+852) 3903 8688. Clients confirmed to join the Gut Microbiome Health Screening Programme must complete online payment in advance.

     b. Service location:

       i. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or

      ii. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or

     iii. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.

  7. Clients who opt for virtual consultation:

     a. The service is applicable to person aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

     b. Advance booking is required, please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng)

     c. Clients confirmed to join the Gut Microbiome Health Screening Programme must complete online payment in advance.

     d. Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

     e. The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.

     f. If the registrant fails to cancel the booking one hour prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as automatic abandonment. The payment made will be non-refundable. 

     g. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the items yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.

     h. The dispatched gut microbiome test kit, custom blend of probiotic and prebiotics are non-returnable.

9.   The programme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; the offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

10.  The above programme is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.

11.  Gleneagles Healthcare reserve the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
