• All treatments are subject to professional assessment and suitability as determined by the attending doctor.
• The above privileges are only applicable to designated treatments at Gleneagles MediCentre.
• Birthday Month Privilege is only applicable during the client's birthday month. Valid identification may be required for verification.
• The Birthday Month Privilege can only be redeemed once per client during their birthday month.
• The privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges, vouchers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
• The privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Discounts of the above privileges are provided to self-pay clients only. Direct billing is not applicable.
• All treatments are subject to availability and advance appointment arrangement.
• Gleneagles MediCentre reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles MediCentre shall be final.
