1. The general outpatient consultation fee is HK$480 (excluding basic medications).

3. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of the service at time of booking.

6. The service is performed by designated General Practitioner.

7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

8. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.

9. Gleneagles MediCentre reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, decision of Gleneagles MediCentre is final.
