Free Prostate Cancer & Hepatitis B Screening Programme

1. The Programme is valid from 1 September 2026 until all sponsored quotas have been fully utilised.
2. The Programme is sponsored by Gleneagles Hong Kong and offers a total of 1,000 complimentary screening places. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The Programme is available to individuals aged 18 or above only.
4. The Programme includes the following tests, where applicable:

   a. PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) Test; and/or
   b. Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) Test; and
   c. Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (Anti-HBs) Test.

5. Prior registration and appointment booking are required. Gleneagles Hong Kong reserves the right to determine the appointment date, time and service location.
6. Service Locations:
   1. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizons Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or
   2. Gleneagles MediCentre – Portion B of Shop 1-41, G/F, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
7. Participants will be notified by Gleneagles’ medical team when their test results are available. If any abnormal findings are identified, healthcare professionals may recommend further follow-up and arrange a complimentary teleconsultation to explain the test results and provide relevant health advice.
8. Participants may be advised to undergo further assessment or be referred to an appropriate specialist where necessary. Any subsequent consultation, investigation, treatment and related expenses shall be borne by the participant.
9. The Programme is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts.
10. Gleneagles Hong Kong reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gleneagles Hong Kong shall be final and binding.
