1.  Follow-up consultation offer:

     a. Out-patient follow-up consultation: HK$320 (includes one-time doctor’s consultation and 3-day basic medications);

     b. Virtual follow-up consultation: HK$380 (includes one-time virtual doctor’s consultation and 3-day basic medications with medicine delivery service). 

2.  To enjoy the offer, follow-up consultation must be conducted within 1 week of the previous consultation. 

3.  The service is performed by designated General Practitioner or Specialist in Family Medicine.

4.  The offer is valid from now until further notice.

5.  Out-patient follow-up consultation:

     a. Advance booking is required. Please specify the service at the time of booking. Enquiry and booking method: (+852) 3903 8688.

     b. Service location:

       i. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or

      ii. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or

     iii. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.

6.  Virtual follow-up consultation:

     a. The service is applicable to persons aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

     b. Advance booking is required, please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng)

     c. Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

     d. The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.

     e. If cancellation is made via the online booking system one hour prior to the reservation consultation, a full refund will be arranged. However, if the registrant fails to cancel the booking one hour prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as automatic abandonment, and registrant can apply for a refund while Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong will deduct HK$100 from the refunded consultation fee as an administrative fee. The payment and booking made will be non-transferable. 

     f. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the medication yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.

    g. All medications delivered are non-refundable.

8.  The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.

9.  Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong and Gleneagles Healthcare reserve the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong and Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
