7.  The package is only applicable to the designated doctors of Gleneagles MediCentre.

8.  Specialist's follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment. 

9.  The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable. 

10. The package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
