AgeQ™ biological age health assessment

Terms & conditions:

1. AgeQ™ biological age health assessment package Mother’s day promotion valid from now until 30 June 2026.

2. AgeQ™ biological age health assessment package: HK$520 (original: HK$1,270), package includes one-time blood test, one-time doctor consultation (outpatient or virtual consultation) and an AgeQ™ report.

3. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of health screening package at time of booking.

5. Outpatient consultation:

ii. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong; or

iii. Gleneagles Healthcare Novum Place, Hong Kong – Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Novum Place, 460 Queen’ s Road West, Hong Kong.

6. Virtual Consultation:

o Advance booking is required, please make an appointment online (https://go.ghk.hk/gvcgpeng) ;

o Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation;

o The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable;

o The package does not includes any delivery service.

7. Fasting for 8 hours before the checkup is required.

8. The package is only applicable to persons aged 30 or above.

9. The package is only applicable to the designated doctors of Gleneagles Healthcare and Gleneagles TeleCare.

10. Specialist's follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.

11. The package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The package is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

12. The package is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.

13. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Gleneagles Healthcare’s decision is final.
