     Package includes one-time doctor’s consultation prior and after the test, AAMST test and 3-day basic medications. The post-test consultation can be conducted at the clinic or via virtual consultation; the availability of virtual consultation is subject to the actual arrangement of the designated doctor.

2.  Sample collection will be performed by professional healthcare. 

3.  The consultation is performed by designated General Practitioner or Specialist in Family Medicine.

4.  The offer is valid from now until further notice.

6.  Service location:

7.  If client chooses to have the post-test follow-up via virtual consultation:

     a. The service is applicable to persons aged 6 and above. Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to join the virtual consultation. Clients and the accompanying adult are required to present their valid identity cards before the start of the virtual consultation.

     b. Only available for persons physically in Hong Kong at the time of consultation.

     c. The service cannot be exchanged for other services or products and is non-transferable.

     e. If the registrant fails to cancel the booking one hour prior to the appointment consultation, or is absent on the day of the appointment, it will be treated as automatic abandonment. The payment made will be non-refundable. 

     f. This offer does not include medication delivery fees. Delivery service will incur additional charges and is limited to Hong Kong only (excluding Ma Wan, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Outlying Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Discovery Bay and village house / villas that vehicles cannot access). Delivery service is subject to final confirmation based on the delivery region. Gleneagles Healthcare reserves the right to decline the delivery service to certain regions. If delivery is not possible, we will notify you by phone and you may choose to collect the medication yourself or request a change in the address before delivery.

     g. All medications delivered are non-refundable.

8.   Specialist's follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for this package.

9.   The offer is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited quota.

10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; the offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

11. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
