1. Item 1: vaccination includes vaccination fee; item 2-5: vaccination includes doctor’s consultation and vaccination fee.
2. Offer is applicable to client who has China Identity Card or Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP).
3. Advance booking is required. Please specify the vaccination programme at the time of booking. Enquiry and booking method:

4. The promotion is valid from 26 September 2024 to 13 October 2024.
5. Each of the above vaccines has specific vaccination requirements, please check with clinic staff for details.
6. Vaccination service is provided at:
a. Gleneagles Healthcare Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong – 10/F, Marina 8, 8 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or
b. Gleneagles Healthcare South Horizons, Hong Kong – Unit 121, 1/F, Marina Square, The West Commercial Block, 12A South Horizon Drive, Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong.
7. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
9. The above offer is provided to self-pay clients only, direct billing is not applicable.
